Matthew Prokop

I was born in Durango, CO, and raised in Pagosa Springs, CO, and Bloomfield, NM. I have been married for five years and have two dogs, Brynn and Leo. My favorite hobbies are powerlifting in my garage gym, hiking/snowshoeing with my wife, and watching a good documentary. Also, I am a sucker for anything Reeses!

My favorite part of my job is to challenge my clients to achieve physical goals they didn't think they could do and the joy this brings them. The most rewarding part of this job is the personal connection I have with dozens of clients over years of working together. My busiest days start at 6 a.m. with half a dozen motivated people, then a steady flow of hard-working clients throughout the day, great times with great, hard-working people, and finishing off with another half dozen motivated groups after their workday.
