Maria Olivo

I was born in Anchorage, Alaska, and raised there and the North Pole in AK. I am very happy in love with a great man. I am a mom to two kids; Nate(18) and Chanel(12). I am also a bonus mom to three kids; Caitlyn(15), Amber(10), and Evan(8). We also have three dogs, Sophie, Kendra, and Dartanian “Dart.” My hobbies include learning, working out, being outdoors like camping. I love to be near water, travel, do crafts, and spend time with family and friends. I would like to learn how to hunt one day. My favorite sweet is Reeses Buttercups or Pieces and my favorite snack is fruit.    

My favorite part of this job is educating others on how to live better with more body/mechanical awareness. Knowing I am trying to constantly learn how to help others every day is also my favorite thing about this job, there is always something new to learn. The most rewarding part of this job is helping others feel better,  knowing their quality of life has improved, making their life happier in many ways. The busiest part of my day is when I am focused on working effectively and efficiently between several people. It gives me a chance to ensure my patients can complete HEP correctly and on their own as well as progressing appropriately. It's where I show I have stamina and focus on multitasking all day long.
